In the second volume of ‘The Eight Brothers of Kagiya,’ the story follows Whenami Koto, a girl who loses her job shortly after moving to the city. She discovers a mansion with rumors of high pay, only to find it’s the ‘National Consultation Room for All Things Related to Non-Humans,’ run by the eccentric Kagiya brothers. As Koto starts working there, she gets involved in a murder case at a middle school attended by one of the brothers. The mystery leads her deeper into the past of the Kagiya family.
