『みいちゃんと山田さん 5』は、歌舞伎町のキャバクラ「Ephemere」を辞め、忽然と姿を消したみいちゃんの物語。DV彼氏・マオくんにお金を渡すために、みいちゃんはさらに過酷な「風俗嬢」の道を選んでしまう。一方、山田さんは喪失感に苛まれながらも、実の母親が現れて追い打ちをかける。親の愛という名の正論パンチに、心を蝕まれていく。肉親と彼氏、愛情と支配の間で揺れるふたりが、ひとつ屋根の下で肩を寄せ合い、新たな生活の幕を開ける。この作品は、人間関係の複雑さと、生きるための選択の重みを丁寧に描き出している。

『みいちゃんと山田さん 5』tells the story of miichan, who suddenly disappears after leaving a cabaret club in Kabukicho. To pay her abusive boyfriend Mao, she descends into even harsher work as a hostess. Meanwhile, Yamada struggles with loss, only to be further burdened by the sudden appearance of his mother. Confronted with the weight of maternal love, he is torn between emotions and obligations. As the two navigate complex relationships of love and control, they find solace in each other, beginning a new life together under one roof.
