『Nightglow Salissa 15』is a sci-fi action manga depicting a battle between humanity and the colossal flying lifeforms called Sky翔体, which descend from the upper stratosphere. With humanity unable to resist the overwhelming power of the Sky翔体, the only hope lies with children possessing a special ability known as the ‘Flame Ball Children’. As the alien male Dunk and the stealth-capable girl Shin overcome numerous crises, a bond begins to form between them. Meanwhile, a mysterious entity called Tenshu, hidden on the moon, plans to seal humanity on Earth using a mysterious power. The ‘net’ extending from the two moons threatens to close, cutting off humanity’s path to the cosmos. IOSS and the Flame Ball Children fight to stop Tenshu’s plan, but their victory is blocked by a mysterious Sky翔体, whose true identity even Tenshu does not know. This Sky翔体 attacks Earth with clear intent to destroy it. After a brutal battle, they manage to seal the moon, but the Sky翔体 transforms into its final form, aiming to destroy Earth. As the countdown to the end begins, what action will Shin take?
