「不器用な先輩。10」は、同じ会社にいるにもかかわらず、なかなか会えないという切ない状況に巻き込まれた主人公・鉄輪の物語。異動初日から苦戦する鉄輪は、亀川との時間を過ごすために必死に仕事をこなすが、その努力は逆に空回りしてしまう。クリスマスの日、亀川は忙しい鉄輪を気遣って別の同僚・別府と過ごすことに。一方、鉄輪は柴石からの依頼で別の場所へ向かうが、そこで思わぬ出会いが待っている。成長とともに芽生える「不器用」な羨望が、二人の想いを絡め取りながらも、少しずつ解けていく。この作品は、仕事と恋愛の両方を描きながら、心の葛藤と成長を丁寧に描き出す。

In ‘Inept Senior. 10’, the protagonist, Tetsuwa, finds himself in a frustrating situation where he can’t meet his colleague, Kamekawa, despite working at the same company. On his first day after a transfer, Tetsuwa struggles in the new environment and tries desperately to spend time with Kamekawa by working hard, but his efforts only lead to frustration. On Christmas Day, Kamekawa, concerned about Tetsuwa’s busy schedule, spends time with another colleague, Betsu. Meanwhile, Tetsuwa, following a request from Shibishi, visits another location, where an unexpected encounter awaits. This story delicately portrays the emotional struggles and growth of two people as their ‘inept’ longing gradually unravels.
