In ‘Blue Lock 38’, after Japan’s defeat in the World Cup, the story follows the quest for a new ace striker. An unknown high school student, Kiyotaka洁, battles through 300 players to become the strongest striker. In this chapter, Japan faces France in the U-20 World Cup. Early on, Japan concedes a goal, and洁 tries to counterattack but is blocked by France’s No.2,ユーゴー.
