In ‘Pure Cat Cafe 13,’ the story unfolds in the warm and cozy cat cafe ‘Pure Cat Cafe,’ where humans and cats live together. After moving from Kyoto to Hakodate, Kuroda Kon finds himself working at the cafe by chance. Living with the cafe’s master, Hyotaru, his son Kisen, and his allergic younger brother Hozuki, along with a variety of cats, Kon begins a new chapter in his life. Meanwhile, Nikori, a girl from Kansai who recently transferred to Hozuki’s middle school, struggles to adapt to her new school. However, with the warm welcome from the members of the Folklore Research Club and a celebration held at the cafe, Nikori starts to open up. But when Kon’s cat, Ojou, climbs onto her knee, Nikori begins to cry, setting off a new series of events.
