『Teacher and My Crazy Roommate Apartment』is a romantic comedy about a bear-like, sensual teacher and a devoted high school student living together in a bizarre situation. The protagonist, Hakama, is sent to a rehabilitation facility after a female trouble, but it turns out to be a dark AV production company. His former teacher, Sumama, who is also working as an AV actor, is there too. While working on mosaic processing, Hakama lives with Sumama and gradually becomes attracted to her. Strange phenomena also start to occur. This is an occult romantic comedy where AV production and love intertwine.
