In the sixth volume of ‘Hanabira Memoire,’ Mei finds herself unexpectedly transported back to the present Reiwa era after spending one winter in the Taisho period. While happily reuniting with her grandmother, Ine, she desperately tries to return to the Taisho era. Feeling something off about the modern Hanaguriya, she heads home to meet her Reiwa-era friend, Kaba, but finds an unfamiliar girl there.
